(American Rose Research) – Biotechnology Laboratory United Nations Technology Co., Ltd. studies the growth of American Red Fish – Sciaenops ocellatus under the influence of the use of AZUNO microbial preparations over a period of 2 months. The results showed that the use of AZUNO preparations helped American red fish grow better and more evenly.
Research subjects
– American redfish the original breed size averaged 1.40 ± 0.06 cm and the weight was 0.97 ± 0.05 g.
– Food size 0 and size 1.
– Preparations AZUNO-PRO and AZUNO-BAC.
Experimental layout
The experiment was carried out on 9 aquariums (125 L), each raising 11 american redfish. 2 dispatches per day in the morning and afternoon. The first 30 days feed the fish 0.5 g/dispatch. The next 30 days feed 1 g/dispatch.
– Food Test 1 (NT1): AZUNO-BAC (5 g/kg feed) and AZUNO-PRO (10 g/kg of food) are used mixed into food every 3 days.
– Final test 2 (NT2): AZUNO-BAC (5 g/kg of food) and AZUNO-PRO (10 g/kg of food) are used to mix into food once a day.
– Control test :Do not use the composition.
Results
Studying the effects of AZUNO-BAC and AZUNO-PRO preparations on the study subject, American Red Fish showed that the addition of preparations during farming has a positive effect on fish growth. Specifically, the size of the American Red Fish measured after 2 months of testing showed superiority in final tests using the composition compared to the control sample (data in the table below).
Although the size of american redfish in NT1 and NT2 is not different from each other and with statistically meaningful control samples, the variable variations in size value in NT2 are quite low (1.36%), which suggests that American redfish in the form of preparations (NT2) achieve more uniform size , thereby showing that the fish grows evenly when using the composition.
The results were more positive in mass targets when the volume of fish obtained in NT2 was higher than CC and statistically significant (9.67 ± 0.30b and 8.16 ± 0.67a), the low variable factor in NT2 also showed that the individuals in the population increased their weight evenly for stable productivity and quality. In addition, the FCR of the 3 formal experiments, although there was no statistical difference due to the relatively large mass variations in the D9C and NT1 final tests, the results showed that when using the composition, this weight decreased significantly (Data in the table below).

Conclusion
Thus, the addition of AZUNO-PRO and AZUNO-BAC preparations has a positive effect on the growth and development of American red fish, experiments conducted in 2 consciousness 1 and 2, the results obtained show that NT2 should be used in the process of raising American red fish to achieve the most economical yield.
